it isn't that people across the spectrum disagree because they are morons (although they probably are),
their beliefs are natural conclusions that come from initially placing trust in different sources.
nobody has firsthand knowledge and everyone places trust somewhere. it comes down to where that trust goes. usually a source that confirms already held beliefs.
