Making Safari the first restaurant in #Harlem NYC to accept #bitcoin has been a major goal of ours since the beginning.

We were delayed by a kitchen fire that closed the restaurant for a year. Now it's done!

I'm not trying to be a snitch or anything, but the nyc bit license isn't an issue?

Businesses that simply accept bitcoin for payment and don’t hold or transmit customer funds are not covered by the rules.

“Merchants and consumers that use Virtual Currency solely for the purchase or sale of goods or services are exempt from the licensing requirement.”

Gotcha. Thanks for the education 🫡

Can you explain the set up?
