Yeah, that's weak 21k sats isn't even a lot, it should've worked just fine. I still don't think it means Lightning will never work, but it's clearly not the panacea some people make it out to be. Come to think of it, I never send sats OUT of cash app. I only send them in, and it's usually only because I need some cash. So I'll send out from Phoenix, into Cash app, and then sell that for fake money.
