It needs to shit or get of the pot as they say ,I think they will fold and not give out arrest warrant s ,I'd say even to be a judge at ICC you'd have to be owned by the agency's in some way ,not good situation to be in
Well it's interesting either way because if they fold, the US and Europe and NATO make it obvious that the ICC is their 'cats paw' as it were, and it's perfectly reasonable for other countries to completely ignore anything they say from this point forward, and if they don't capitulate, well, it's almost certainly interesting then XD
