Kinda same...more like ketovore here. I was heavy-carnivore for years but my blood glucose went back up again. I tend to go ketovore in summer with the seasonal food anyway - I like to make salads with meat (just lettuce, slivers of onion, few small dices of tomato, no peppers or crazy stuff like spinach).
I like berries and watermelon too much to be permanently carnivore. 😅
