I don't think any niche service (or even mainstream ones) have a monopoly on sickos. I mean, a lot of twitter refugees are probably looking for a new home to host their snuff.
It really is, just make an account and look through the channel listing, Matrix attracts a whole new level of degenerate. I guess it makes sense that the French government would adopt it.
