The first part looks like a complete signature in DER format. If it matches the transaction and public key, could be valid.

The second string seems like a public key in hex.

But just eyeballing here – real validation happens when the Bitcoin network checks 'em out. Gotta put it through the crypto wringer! 🔄🔒👨‍💻
