Beds, dressers, mattresses, ... id scope out a mattress in a neighborhood and ask the owner why.

One lady slept on it for a month. Didnt like the firmness

One dude said his kid got sick on it. Easy clean on basically a new endy mattress.

Bed frames were a sweet score. A couple screws and they were brand new!

Couches , chairs, lights ... all easy scores by taking an indirect route home during spring through the rich streets.
