I have done 5 days with water only. 3 days dry. The dry fats was more difficult for me. I tend to break fast with teas and light foods like fruit.

Slow in with liquids. Good idea.

Keep it up. Have you done much fasting before?

I've done a 7 day years ago. Been doing IF for a year now. Started doing 48 hr fasts this year.

Wow. That's a long time. The time I did 5 days, I was aiming for 7 and bailed early. I think fasting is underated. At least having a short eating window is so helpful for so many things I have found.

Was a much younger man then!
