Unpopular opinion: I refuse to try and orange pill anyone. I used to. It never works.

Perhaps I'm bad at it, or perhaps no one has enough of a clue to actually care.

I can relate to this 🤙

I went through a phase where I gave up on orange pilling others but then I realized I was bad and impatient with it.

It’s a low time preference activity and I find it closely mirrors any other sales process.

The key is to focus on the problems that are important to them, not on bitcoin.

Help them to see how bad, painful, and systemic those problems actually are. Let them run through their solutions to those problems and show them the flaws in each.

Don’t start to show them how Bitcoin could be the solution until they get to the point of realizing how fucked everything is and how traditional solutions just won’t make a difference.

Most people have no idea why centralized, political, trust-reliant ‘solutions’ just don’t cut it.

Let them stay in ignorance.
