that's one of the lessons... money is a tool for truth.

but you have more lessons there... like people that unjustly accuse you of something that's not true are the people you should stay away from. they are projecting. it happened a lot to me, and I made it way worse by arguing with those people about what's actually true... what you should do instead is just somehow achive closure and move on.

and then figure out your own motivations behind doing kind gestures and find a group that will appreciate that, rather than use it as excuse to bring you down and enslave you.
