I just bought a coal grill and cooked over coal fire with my folks the first time since my parents had a coal grill when I was a kid. Everything turns out SOO much better over coal 👌👌👌

We made sweet potatoes, corn, onion/bell pepper skewers, chicken tikka that I put in some curry sauce I premade, tandoori chicken drumsticks and wings, and a rack of lamb shanks. It was so much food, haha, we have a lot of leftovers.
