What do you guys think of black cumin oil?

I saw a post it could be used as an alternative treatment for covid if you don't have ivermectin.

Is it beneficial for health or should I avoid it cause it is a seed oil?

Does it more good than harm?

What are your generel thoughts?

I have not done deep research but for what it is worth, our fam used it some back in '21 when a few of us had covid and I think it helped.

Though a seed oil, I don't think it is quite the same as something like canola. Different processing and the nature of cumin verses the hateful eight seed oils is quite different. But someone else more researched in this can fact check me on that.

I know they use it in eastern Europe for general health. its definitely a kick in the ass.

It's effective but a lot of the stuff sold online is fake (this is an issue with a lot of nutritional supplements)
