If anyone can tell me that the Bill Pullman speech in Independence Day doesn’t sound like Trump, you are mistaken. Literally sounds like him.

Nah, Trump's version is more like this:

Good morning. In less than an hour, American aircrafts from here will take aim at a hoard of evil invading aliens, who want to divide and destroy this great nation and make us rely on foreign actors from around the world, who I might add didn't even want to help us until I convinced them.. We (with very little help) will be launching the largest aerial battle in this history of mankind.

Mankind -- that word should have new meaning for all of us today. And I'm not talking about the haters and losers, who self ascribe themselves as she/her or they/thems. We won't be distracted by these people any more, after this they will all have to thank us, the real men, for saving their hides.

I have unified all these losers in our common interests.

Perhaps its fate that today is the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution, but to show our "allies" and the "compassionate" left, who couldn't fight a war without the rest of us, that they were wrong.

We're fighting for our right to live, to exist. And we're going to show them all today, and in the next election, like we showed them in the last election, which we won but was totally a fraud put on by those losers who are begging us to save their asses now.

So after we send these galactic garbanzo beans out of here at light speed, until they experience their own big bang, we the victorious and righteous will look down at all the people who doubted us and say:

"We told you so,

We took your abuse and accusations and witch hunts for years

But now the chickens have come home to roost

We're still here, we're still strong

But we won't hold it against you or throw you in jail, we have simply this to say: You're welcome.

Let's make the milky way great again!!"

Haha. I was just referring to the actual sound and cadence of his voice.

Oh yeah definitely haha
