Yeah I think that's the way it was **supposed** to go. The manager called what I presume was her DM on speakerphone and he wasn't happy that she hadn't completed the training for her store. He was a little upset on that lol. He walked her through me ordering in front of a group of people and then realized it wasn't even an option on the screen and they needed updates to their terminals so then they just took my older and put it in their tablet as a total and cleared it that way. Overall wasn't a bad experience even with the fumbles.
