We’re all probably wrong about most things. Or “early” right.
I think we’ll eventually find that it’s the basis for much of what our brains do. Certainly involved in our soul and spirit, forming memories and acting on them.
There seems to be so many things is the physics world that are just opening more questions about the fabric of reality lately. We know so little, literally endless possibilities of what we really are and what we could have the ability to experience in the future.
The wave of possible locations only has definite location when measured and appears as a particle. Pretty crazy stuff the double slit experiment unveiled.
This is more evidence that we live in a computer simulation. If you created a computer game, you would create a data model of the game environment but only render it when a character were looking at it. You wouldn’t waste computer processing cycles on rendering something (a table, a desk, whatever) unless it were being interacted with. It would remain as a probability until needed.
Just like this principle, physics shows that some objects remain waves (which are information probabilities) and are only materialized into matter when we interact with them.
