I am sorry to hear that - was it purely lockdowns that caused the mess ups? As bad as this sounds.. I was on the other end of the spectrum.. my business (real estate) after 4 months of being locked down plus spinal operations - came out and had the best 2.5 years of my life..

Also before COVID on 30th Dec 2019 I stopped drinking.. 🙏
