the only main benefit I see in fiber is to prevent blood sugar shooting up too high when having carb.

But, if you don't eat many carbs...

then its useless 😅.

Aren't fibrous vegetables, like cauliflower and broccoli, credited will helping eliminatewastes from the intestines? Almost like a scrubbing effect on the intestinal walls? Traditional knowledge, or folklore, but would be interested in your thoughts, or if you did a video on this.
