Made a new batch or hot sauce to get me through the next week or two 🤣 Home grown and smoked ghost peppers, red bell pepper, carrots, cranberries, and blue agave.

Are you growing those in a greenhouse?
I grow in cloth grow bags in a trough with water that allows wicking. Each season, I then dehydrate on low heat in a smoker. I end up with pounds and pounds of dehydrated peppers every season. These are from peppers I picked November 2024 (last year)
