2021 Cabernet Franc

Bright red fruit meets gentle herbal notes, with a backbone of fine tannins and lively acidity. Pairs beautifully with roast chicken, herbed pork tenderloin, or a simple cheese board.

2022 Cabernet Sauvignon

Smooth and balanced, with flavors of red cherry and blackcurrant, layered over silky tannins and a refined finish. Perfect with flank steak, lamb, portobello mushrooms, or a slow sunset on the porch.

2023 Estate Pinot Noir

From the highest elevation Pinot Noir vineyard in North America. Light cherry fruit with subtle warm spice, framed by a delicate structure and long, graceful finish. A natural fit for roast duck, salmon, or mushroom risotto.
