I objectively assess for Joel Spolsky’s “Smart and getting things done” and very subjectively for a social fit which is like “Can I smell them”.

Implicit list.

Like, when choosing someone to date. "He seems nice. Hope he calls me." versus "He gives me the ick."

Well, sure, but you can't write "this dev gives me the ick" on an audit report. 😅
