Yes definitely delete that app, there’s not always spy devices, the app itself if probably trying to spy on you. I say delete it. And the security response was sent to all devices , let it do its thing and it’ll be fine

That’s good, I’d be careful of those spy camera apps, most are trying to spy on you themselves
Ya there is absolutely no way to detect a spy camera with an app.
Unless the spy camera is putting out a Bluetooth signal or you are connected to the same network as that device but that’s unlikely for a spy camera
