Turtles all the way down is a great book on this. I opted for 0 vaccines for my son who is nearly 2 and haven't regretted it. Obviously that is an anecdote but from all the reading I did and discussing with people on both sides of the argument I saw the vaccines as a far bigger risk than not vaccinating.
