on a sliding scale, Trump is much better than the Crime-o-crats.

The problem is, that is not a good measurement. 5 feet away from dog shit still smells like dog shit. Just slightly less so.

The D.C. apparatus is completely corrupt. And, the other thing no one wants to talk about is, so are alot of Americans. And until that is changed, the only thing we are voting for is how slow or fast we want things to get worse.

Personally, I want slower, because I want wiggle room, and I want more time to convince people close to me to become as free from system dependency as they can.

True. Sometimes I think acceleration is the best option though

I get that, but I lived in a place that experienced that. The suffering was greater than what most people here could survive. And I am not a psychopath who wants lots of people to die so I can be right faster.

Good point. I'm just worried the vast majority of people won't see or won't care about the corruption as long as the bread and circuses keep going. Well just keep sliding into a comfortable tyranny unless the people have a reason to want a change
