Yeah I don't think it works like that. people will use fiat util it doesn't work anymore and then people will look to other moneys like #btc and #gold. Its savings tech for people with decent fiat currencies. For others its money but only when their moneys don't work. Even then people wont know enough to use it and instead opt for USD in the old fiat system or perhaps USDT ie in Argentina. Sri Lanka is an example of wanting USD when Rupee crumbles.
