It's certainly interesting for an investor to hold some MSTR, but why not buy BTC, if that's the sole reason MSTR is going up?

To a traditional investor it’s like having a puzzle with 20 pieces, but one piece is from a different set. Initially they will adapt Bitcoin to fit into their set and later they will adapt the set to fit around #Bitcoin.
