You need to log into https://badges.page and accept any badges that were given to you. I highly recommend you use the nos2x or Alby extension to log in, instead of giving them your nsec.

Do you mean like what is under your PFP on the left of this screenshot? These are shared relays or relays I'm picking up your note/event from as I understand.

Agree with other commentor. I would not be handing out my nsec on any account I wanted to maintain control over to third party vendors. Nostr isn't to a point yet where you can absolutely avoid this, but be very very selective.
You know, but for anyone else out there the nsec is the signing key that gives you control over your account and profile. With it you can create notes, change your profile, unencrypt DMs, basically control your account. Once compromised you no longer have control and may as well scrap that profile and start anew.
