Dear Koreans, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese. I love your food and cooking your food. I know I left out a ton of you (see below), but this is what I love to cook and eat and know. (Learning constantly.) I just wanted to put this out there because I am about to cook Thanksgiving Dinner, the entire spread, for my family.
Compared to preparing your food, I can do this with my eyes closed it is so easy. SUPER EASY.
