the spec proposal for adding v2 opens (aka dual-funding) to lightning is officially merged as spec in LN!!

doing spec work is a really long process, that requires so much work and input from lots of different stakeholders. it's probably the hardest type of work a programmer can do, and i'm so so thrilled that we got this over the finish line!
