Made banana bread cheesecake for my coworkers today it was a hit. This is one of my favorites to make

BANANA BREAD CRUST

4 bananas, as ripe as possible

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 egg

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

FOR THE CHEESECAKE

2 box cream cheese

Cup in a half of sugar

Teaspoon vanilla

1cup hot milk mix in unflavored gelatin when hot then pour in cheesecake mixture then pour over the banana bread then let cool in the fridge then enjoy.
