Two Sides of the Same Coin

Crypto-anarchists were the ones who pushed the more radical political theory behind cryptography and its applications in secure communications, digital money, and online #privacy.

Cypherpunks were the engineers and craftsmen who built them.

Monerists are on both sides of the same coin.

monero is not private

after 11 years

you cannot synchronize blocks within Tor or I2p.

You must use Exit Nodes.

Running a Monero node that communicates entirely over Tor/I2P improves the privacy profile compared to using a normal node on the Internet.

But it would not change the fundamental logic of how Monero protects transactions on the chain (which already works well).

Nor does it mean that you are “invisible” or that no traces or metadata remain.

The improvement is incremental, not a radical change.
