Like many million other people I started to make sourdough over lockdown, but then with one thing and another I just let the starter die and haven’t made sourdough for ages since. I’ve now got a new starter going and today was the day to test it. I am so pleased that it seems I’ve still got the knack! Can’t wait to try it!
