I just finished a bison steak with hodlbutter, very good π. I've also enjoyed hodlbutter with cheese and it goes very well with apples.π
Oooo interesting! With cheese wow. I canβt imagine actually that tasting quite interesting. And yeah, apples work sometimes. Best fruit with it though are dates, bananas and peaches!
