I like the idea. How long have you been at it? Still do some weights too?
Hi David, ironically about a full cycle!! Four years!!
I've utilised other tools over the years, various different versions of weights, including Kettlebells....
The difference with X3 is that it's lightest at the bottom of a movement where you are weakest and heaviest at the top where you are strongest.
It's completely different to weightlifting no matter which tool you use in that paradigm.
In addition it's portable, take the system wherever you go....
Very easy to be consistent.
Haven't utilised anything else since for the purpose of building muscle....
