does anyone know of a non-seed form of dietary fibre?

i tried psillium husk for a while and it worked great but then i started dermatitis herpeteformis - which was when i figured out finally that i have celiac (it's a common rash suffered by people with celiac, and i've had this since my late 20s)

i'm thinking, maybe coconut ... what's it called, dessicated coconut? it's basically the white flesh of coconut after they squeeze out the oil

it might be good, but any other ideas i'm listening

i simply am not digesting fats properly without a substantial amount of fibre in my diet... if all else fails, yeah, next time i go to the shop i'm buying a few sacks of dessicated coconut and adding a big pile of it to my morning banana lassi's

apples, friend! 2 or 3 a day, every day will set you straight with fiber

also probiotics and look into your liver and gall bladder health, because together, they are the body’s fat-burning system. good luck!
