I see. But does the bible not refer to God as a personified entity?

I have a hard time wrapping my head around that.

Or should this personification also be considered metaphorical?

To compare, I see "god" as the absolute underlying.

Physics, nature, probability intertwined.

If I had to think of god rather as a person, I could only manage to do so in the sense that we are an experiment or an accident caused by another one of his experiments.
