Replying to Avatar Not Another Carla

Duh. Because we know the definition of a vaccine, and we noticed when the CDC tried to CHANGE the definition on their website. Unfortunately for them, language doesn’t with that way.

It's crazy how many people now claim that vaccines have always not necessarily prevented you from contracting a disease.
