Osiris guided many of my decisions as an adult. Little and Big Dipper as a child.
I don’t have any set rituals besides :
1. Meditation 🧘🏻♀️ at least 3 hours a day but it started with moments
2. Intuitive Mindfulness
3. Just keep swimming and pushing for best.
As a natural … I didn’t realize my own power until others helped me. That’s probably best for everyone. Does that make sense?

No. I don’t count candle 🕯️ meditations in that but probably should 😊
Well then none of it made sense. Whats going on with those candles? Mindful intuitiveness okay in what exactly because general is not specific. Keep swimming I can't i'm a descendent of fire.
Clarity in plain english is much obliged especially in these ritualistic practicing times. Where we must choose to live or die we only have few moments to cast it right & in that moment of might we have to be prepared fully aware or faced with strife.
I love rituals as long as I don't need a knife.

My children’s father and I have three amazing adult children. We divorced many years ago. He ( and his girlfriend) have my utmost respect. 🫡
