after 2 days of maca (with coconut sugar making me into an irritable shit) and having gone to the extra effort of getting 15L (5 days supply) of my milk 2 days ago, i already want to get up and go for another big walk but actually there's no reason for me to go anywhere for at least 2 days.

best i redirect this drive to productive things, rather than flaneuring.

like, i'm only half way through my sit-ups regime for the day, another two sets of 30 must be done before the end of it.

and here i am blathering on in yet another nostr note. lol.
