There are a lot of super high functioning people around here. That can be intimidating, I know it is for me sometimes. Take one small step toward your goals this week. Sometimes we want to write a 100 item todo list and beat ourselves up when we don't complete them all. A lot of those things are often busy work. Set one goal with impact that moves you forward and do the thing. Momentum will probably take you further, but one step at a time is how to get anywhere.
