Just watched a guy at the conference do a live demo of paying a Lightning invoice to someone in Guatemala and he actually made it look hard.

Like dude, we're so beyond scanning invoices here, it's stupid. 😜

The person running the camera had ONE JOB. They could have pulled back to show the invoice and any one of us could have paid it.

So true.. he set himself up for failure 😛 He could’ve prerecorded a video of the tx and moderated it live on stage 🤓

NFC for sure, but this was an international payment. It’s just funny to see how far behind everyone else is after zapping our asses off here for the past 4 months.
