Our team:

We were 4, then we were down to 3 (1 out for daddy leave almost 2 months).

It's been a grind being down 1 for almost 2 months.

But tomorrow, we will once again be a team of 4. So we've made it.

But I've realized that we are now ready to be a team of 5.

But not until the New Year. So there's that.

We have had a few long term 1099s. It'll likely be one of them. But most folks these days prefer 1099 roles. So not guaranteed any of them will be interested. But a thing to figure out after the holidays.

Well now I know what 1099 is so thats cool, glad to hear you have a few options. I thought you might have been in Canada with parental leave

Ah. I get that. Well, we have parental leave for our team as well. But it's not mandatory as an employer. It's an optional benefit for our team members.
