gonna make my own TLD with black jack and hookers.

How do we fix this?
There's probably no fix for national level TLDs, but it doesn't mean we can't get a bunch of spurgged out nerds to run our own root servers.
Definitely a bit of a pipe dream, but one day it would be nice to ditch DNS entirely.
use rns for discovery?
