Single family home. Made the switch to a GC partnership with my brother. Building houses is a skill I’ve always wanted to acquire so I went for it. Learning a massive amount and having fun too.

Thank you comrade. Do you do any structural stuff / wet stamping? Our foundation was over-engineered and the next time we build this plan we’d like to make the foundation more efficient.
