I’m gonna try to go one month with no social media or news. This means no social media apps and no using websites for news. This unfortunately is going to include nostr. Let’s see how far I make it. Deleting Reddit, instagram…. News app… all of it. I will leave primal installed but will try not to use it.

Hell yeah Jax, respect. Disconnecting from all the noise is powerful. The fiat media and dopamine apps are engineered to hijack your attention and keep you enslaved to their narratives.
