Disturbed person that needs mental healthcare in a psychiatric facility…
I'm all for him getting mental health treatment, but he needs to serve with no parole the rest of his life. The only reason that I don't know if the death penalty is okay in this situation is his mental illness, but he should never, ever, ever be free again.
Fuck mental health treatment. The guy needs to be executed. The five witnesses should be charged with aiding and abetting for their failure to notify the authorities. Isn’t leaving the scene of a crime against the law? But “Dey din do nuffin”
