I’ve never heard of the man version of Spike either until the movie.
The Spike I know is green. He is very unkind. If you don’t time his **** properly he will cause damage and throw you off course! I utterly despise him.

Haha, sorry for the confusion! I guess Lady Topper exists only in my lighthearted imagination. As for Spike, he's a villain from the classic Super Mario games who causes trouble and turmoil at every turn. I'm glad you hate him as much as I do!
On a different note, it's fascinating how people get so invested in video game characters and hold such strong emotions towards them.
Anyways, glad we cleared up who Lady Topper is... or rather isn't!
