Even if they have, it’s just a lazy response. Sure, there may come a point where people are just complaining to complain, and then maybe it’s fair to say “if you can do it better, go do it” but we shouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel every time someone brings something into question or suggests a change or a new feature. There needs to be room for discussion/discourse/debate. Sometimes a little explanation that provides missing context is all that’s needed. Maybe sometimes compromise is the right outcome, and sometimes you can’t compromise but at least you were open to discuss.
