Buying small amounts of bitcoin onchain means you're getting small utxos. This will be costly to move.

Avoid buying small amounts.

If you're not letting newcoiners know about this, you're doing them a disservice.

Small amount DCAs onchain are rekt by fees. (As happens on Bull Bitcoin)

Other services (custodial) allow users to DCA into the platform's and the user is then able to withdraw onchain when the amount makes sense.

Tradeoffs.
