I am not sure at all that this is the case. The launchers i saw for the rockets were among olive trees or something like that and not buildings. If you have a link that shows otherwise please provide me with a link or something. Of course if they use civilians as human shields like the Ukrainians did to blame the russians then it is hamas to blame. Otherwise it could be just propaganda.
